Type @ Work Overview

In this event series, we’ll explore how we can work together in healthier, more connected, and more principle-based ways. We’ll also consider how to foster abundance, sharing, and a stronger sense of work-life balance. Over time, we’ll take a broad tour of concepts including the persona, the inferior, the shadow, and feeling/thinking dynamics.

Facilitator Bio

In 1984, Gary Monti established the Center for Managing Change (CMC), providing management, consulting, educational, and mentoring services. He holds certifications in PMP in Jungian assessments, including the Majors© assessments and the MBTI®.

As an executive coach, Gary uses the eight functions to help clients understand why parts of their lives aren’t working, why their business is suffering, and how they can just be themselves and flourish. His work is grounded in secular Buddhist practice, which combines well with Beebe’s model.

Gary offers a training course called “Reignite Profitable Growth™", as well as a self-scoring assessment, “Are You a Leader or a Boss?™,” which determines the extent to which someone is working from connection or isolating in a separate self.
